Ceri Lee
Ceri discovered yoga in her early 20s with a curious interest in both the physicality and philosophy of yoga which soon became a way of life. She has been teaching yoga professionally since 2001, certified in Sivananda Yoga, Remedial Yoga & more recently in Yoga for the Menopause. Her international client base, who include elite sports professionals as well as those with limited physical dexterity, value her mindful approach and specialism with the breath as well as her technical expertise.
Ceri is passionate about offering yoga that is accessible to all and varies her style and content according to need. Her classes are Hatha based, with equal measure of breath focus, asana (posture), and relaxation. She intricately weaves the wisdom of yoga philosophy and mindfulness into each session as powerful tools for healing and expansion. As a qualified Reiki practitioner, she also works energetically during the yoga practice to release blockages so that energy flows and vitality restored.
Ceri’s experience demonstrates that, as well as a toned, strong, and supple body, the combination of a mindful yet physically challenging yoga practice is likely to produce, if practiced regularly, a profound sense of balance, clarity, and peace.
Based in North Wales, Ceri owns and runs the Yoga Light Centre in Ruthin, a sanctuary providing yoga for health, peace of mind and reconnection to the authentic self. With a yoga studio and Airbnb self-contained apartment, it is from here that she offers both studio based and online yoga classes, as well as personal wellness packages for guests.
